Terms & Conditions

1.

Payment and Token Allocation Process

1.1

When paying with a credit card for $MOLLARS, the transaction is processed by wert.io, a verified entity in the United States. Following the presale ending on 1st May 2024, $MOLLARS tokens will be airdropped based on the purchase round and the amount of USDC bought. These tokens are initially purchased as USDC on Polygon, and our presale smart contract on Ethereum Mainnet will convert these to $MOLLARS. Tokens will be visible post 1st May 2024.

1.2

For payments made using ETH or USDT, the allocation of $MOLLARS will be displayed on the website. Mobile users can view this in the top right corner menu. Due to Cloudflare caching, there may be delays in the display of contributions on the website. Verification of token allocation can be done by querying the smart contract directly with your wallet address.

1.3

The claiming function for $MOLLARS will be available from 1st May 2024 for contributors who used ETH & USDT. Claiming tokens will incur a minimal Ethereum blockchain fee. Unclaimed tokens will not be burned and remain available for claiming.

1.4

An exclusive airdrop of $MOLLARS will be conducted for credit card contributors, scheduled for 1st May 2024, coinciding with the presale's end.

1.5

Payment via ETH & USDT can't be refunded. Payment with a credit card can be refunded, but you need to contact wert.io and your bank, as we don't own the credit card payment processor.
